Developement of the new Junior Quarter Midget purpose built race track is soon to start this month at Tyrepower Parramatta City Raceway. JQMA NSW held a sucessful display night at the venue on Saturday April 25th and recieved numerous enquiries from interested parties. It is anticipated the track will be completed by the end of June and will be race ready by July 2009. Keep watching for more updates. |

Over the past two weekends both the 2008/09 season Victorian and New South Wales (NSW) Junior Quarter Midget Titles have been held at the Avalon Raceway and Gunnedah Speedway tracks respectively and it has resulted in both Mitch and Jayke Brien dominating the 160cc and 120cc classes. |

Another beautiful sunny day of racing was had at Gunnedah Speedway Saturday March 28th, Gunnedah hosted the Easter Cup for 2009 in conjunction with Round 4 of the Club Championship. Although the day started out with a dry and slippery track the surface soon came good and gave way to some of the best racing we have seen. |

The 2009 Australian Junior Quarter Midget Championship was run and won last Sunday (March 8) at Gunnedah Speedway (North Western NSW) and it resulted in Mitch Brien and Danny Carroll claiming the winning spoils in their respective classes. |
